CLORA ADKINS
Clora Adkins is a passionate woman who focuses on civil rights, social justice issues, humanitarian causes, and advocating for those without a voice. She spent 33 years working in the criminal justice system. Clora retired and founded the McMullen Opportunity Center, Inc., to serve underemployed and underserved individuals and families in the community. She also founded the Someone’s Child Human Trafficking Program to educate communities on identifying potential trafficking victims and reporting human traffickers. In addition to her dedicated service to the Miami Woman’s Club, Clora is also a member of the Miami Women’s Chamber of Commerce, the Commission of Women, and many other organizations.
