Ms. Timoney is an organizational development and human capital specialist offering a wide range of training and strategic services targeted at institutions in the public and private sectors. She has lectured at universities and business seminars and has researched, written and produced news documentaries. Noreen was president from 2006 to 2016 and rejoined the board in 2021 as Director of House. Noreen is the immediate past president of the Miami Rotary Club and is committed to serving the community.
